WHM issue on dedicated

I have a strange issue with WHM on my dedicated server.

For some reason one account keeps going over his quota once he uploads his files which are no more than 5 mb big (his quota is 150mb). I've tried everything from deleting and recreating his account to giving him more space, but the same issue is still there.

Any ideas?

You might wanna email this over to support. I have a feeling there are other files on the server that are allocated to the user and shouldn't be.

Yes, please do that if you haven't already and let us know what happens so if it happens to others they can read this post and know what to do. Thank you.
