tertiary unzipping
If a client required the ability for tertiary unzipping of files into a subdirectory of a dedicated server, could these rights be assigned to a subdirectory without allowing for the client to have a shell account?

I can only think of two possible ways to do this, one of which would be through shell access. The other would require you to write a special script the user could execute that would perform the necessary commands via system calls.
