Hm.... then I guess I posted wrong ticket number, but I am pretty sure a ticket was opened for it and I also replied to esurpasshosting.com (i used yahoo email for that and it had a "replied" sign). Could you please search for it? The reply should have about the same content as my original post.

My issue is the IPs of our dedicated host are not reachable, any of them.
