what's wrong

Hi,

We signed up for dedicated server hosting plan several days ago, and paid the fee the day before yesterday. Finally we got your email about our account and IP yesterday but couldn't SSH or even ping the IPs. I've emailed you guys and even opened a ticket ever since morning of yesterday but got NO RESPONSE!!!??? I couldn't understand why most of users give you guys praise of fast response time!

Please do something about it. Our "supposely" IP addresses are: 66.194.239.122 - 66.194.239.126 where MAIN IP: 66.194.239.122

Timely response will be appreciated

welcome (from another user).

did you email this to supportsurpasshosting.com?

I know that they had some issues with domain servers over the past day. It's also possible that your ISP is blocking mail from Surpass with a bad spam filter. I've noticed that their 'autoreplies' are being flagged as SPAM by Spam Assassin.
