WHM Autopilot on dedicated server

Well, I figured I'd try to go for the hat trick and have 3 posts in a row up here...

Everything seems to be going smoothly; I've already asked 3 questions to support and all have been answered within the business day. We're already thouroughly impressed, and we've only been playing with this thing for less than a day.

So finally, to my question. I was looking at the reseller accounts on the shared servers, and was wondering if I'm just missing something here. Is autopilot available on dedicated servers as well? We got the cPanel/WHM add-on when we ordered the server. We'd like to have that automated billing doodad...it'd be mighty handy.

Thanks!

You can either lease it from surpass for 18$/month i think... Or buy a owned license for 140$.. At least that is what i think.. You save a couple of $ by buying from surpass.. Anyway.. I reccomend you to buy a owned license. If you want to have it more than 1 year you are saving money that way..

Anyway. Good Luck.. It is a great script!

not that I own it, but I've had a good look at the tutorials and stuff at http://www.whmautopilot.com/ and it looks pretty sweet.

I always wonder about the lease or buy option. If it gets upgraded, as these things do, do you get the new version if you own yours?

By the way, Welcome to our little home away from home.

I bought it yesterday after running the trial for a while. It is really great..

And for the buy option... It comes with free upgrades and support for 6 months.. And after that you have to renew the support and upgrades for 29.95$ for additional 6 months.. (This is not a MUST.. But it is smart) .. And then you get all version upgrades for free..

It is worth a look.. And v3 is soon coming.. I was told on the forums at whmautopilot.com that the price might increase when v3 is released.. Might be worth it to take a look now..

From surpass' reseller page:
>Pricing:
>$18.00 Lease per month license
>or
>$140.00 One time fee license

I when with the one time fee license option, which was well worth it! Overall, its a really good product, which saved me LOTS of development time. I'm looking forward to Ver. 3, as well.
