Dedicated server questions

Just a few question regarding dedicated servers...

1. I am assuming from what I have read that Surpass will take care of the server loads, updates, etc. Will Surpass also be responsible for loading new modules for existing software on the system (such as Perl)?

2. Can the server be loaded with other software that is not supported by Surpass?

3. Can the server be named according to what I (as the client) desire or will you be choosing the name? Also will it be registered to xyz.surpasshosting.com or can it be done according to my reseller host name?

I may have more, but that is all I can think of right now.

1. Not sure. But i think they do some..

2. Yes

3. Yes.. You will get yourservername.yourdomain.com

Not official answers.. But i am pretty sure they are right.. Except from number one...

you can install perl modules with the type of the name in about 3 seconds if you have CPanel/WHM but i'm sure if you asked surpass would do it for you

Ehaanaes is right for the rest of his answers but as he said this is not offical too
