Is there any programs out there to show you realtime server load on your computer?

accualy im looking for a windows program that tells me the load of my linux server
ya its ok right now if it causes a load becuae all the site normaly do is a load of 0.09 <-- pretty big huh?

duh i found what i want and linux had it :P if only i knew all the things linux could do
its the command "top" in shell its accualy 100 x better than what i wanted
