In addition to putting them on the block list - which may or maynot help, one needs to contact the owners of those blocks. If they're ISP blocks perhaps something can be done by the ISP to the user of that address - because attempting to hack someone is definately a violation of most AUP.

although that 211 block is chungwa telecom in Taipei.... not likely you're going to make much headway there...

If it is in the US, the ISP is the one you need to contact like BigJohn said. As far as out side the US some counties are like US but for the rest good luck.

Forward Thinking is something that is not as common as commonsense, so to be a step ahead is to block all countries that are on the "bad list". Spamhaus is a good start and ask the Internet for all other bad IP addresses, then copy and paste into your ban list.

This is what I have done and will continue to do so, even thou my website is not "online" . I am getting all of the bad "bugs" worked out. Rome was not built in a day.
