thanks for the reply, is it true what the post eailer said about people dont normally host websites on colocated servers? also that ticket number was LMH-61761.

I think it's just a personal preference as to what anyone does with their dedicated server (that we build) or with one they send here for colocation. A server is a server so I don't think there's really an answer to that question.
