If you can't get it to work let me know I will do it another way which I know will work.

since your account is over 2 gigs in size that is most likely why it fails
WHM-Move tends to not like accounts over 2 gigs in size

anyways let me know

yes, my second attempt failed.

I got these sentence:

Downloading Tarball
Removing Scripts using suexec method
Error while copying account...! Aborting Extraction

so i thought it's not successful. Please let me know the "another way" which will work.

The other way is done by back end manually via ssh

I will take care of the move now and email you when it is complete

should take 2-4 hours
