I want to upgrade my account, so I did a search on the boards and came up with three different email addresses to send to:
surpasshosting.com since that's what it said to do in this topic. Also, even though I just sent the email about half an hour ago, I was wondering how long (on average) it takes for you guys to get the email and do the upgrade.Thanks, :surpass: |

Ah, we should make that more clear.
Upgrades :-) But any of those will do... but you are supposed to email upgrades. There are currently 5 tech support guys online and you should have that upgrade done in no time.

Can I get a definition of 'in no time'? It's now been a day (and although it is the weekend) it shouldn't take this long to do a simple upgrade should it?
