I would like to upgrade my standard hosting package to a Bronze Reseller
Package. The only thing is, I signed up and paid for the STANDARD Package. Then decided to do a reseller account. I I have already gone ahead and signed up, and my card was charged for the 'additional' package that I bought. I really do not want to be charged twice. I contacted support, was told to send an email to the preorder dept. I have not received anything aside from a receipt for the $15.00 I paid for the new hosting account. Can someone give me some advice??? My domain name is ihostpets.net. |

Hi, we have your email request and it will be responded to.
The hosting account you originally ordered will be canceled, and the bill as well. Because you ordered and then ordered again, nothing went as smooth as it should have. You will be receiving an email from resellers surpasshosting.com
