Upgrading from shared to reseller?
Hi
I'm planning on getting the smallest shared package first since I still have most of my sites at another host and only CONSIDERING to move "for good". If I do move all of my sites I will need a reseller though. Is it possible to upgrade from a shared account to a reseller without having to re-upload all my data or do I have ot cancel the shared and then register a new reseller? Naddy |

Basically the process is this:
You buy the new reseller account Tell support to move your old SHARED account to the "main / free" resellser space (which gives you dedicated 10gb monthly bandwidth for this site). The after that is done and you're happy, ask support to cancel the old account. You will receive a refund of all unused time on the shared account. Then you can create all the accounts for your other sites in WHM (reseller control panel) and - if the other sites are Cpanel based at this other host, Surpass support can move them over for you - or you can do it manually.
