Phone support for dedicateds?

I don't think there is phone support anymore with dedicated servers, right?

I don't remember seeing a number to call anyone on the website or the welcome emails.

dont think they offer phone support, just IM

dedicateds can call in an emergency. it is a last resort option, not a first line action.

reboots are not emergencies - and are handled through email which is monitored constantly.

someone is always available in the DC to push the buttons if necessary.

Seeing as I have a dedicated.. and "have" the phone number, this might happen...

::calls the number::
DC: Hello, Supass Hosting.
Me: Umm... Are your servers running?
DC: Yes.
Me: Well, you better go catch them!
DC: o.0
::hangs up::

Hmm.. I could easily put up 2 numbers of kids who put their cell numbers in their MSN Display names.. but that would be evil.

You could always call me if you're having a problem. It won't help, but at least you can waste money on it.
