I don't see it on the web hosting plans page? What happened to it? What will happen to people who are currently on that plan?

Nothing will happen to you guys, you aren't going to be plucked from the servers.

We are not offering the Learner package anymore.

The Learner plan has been terminated. You will not lose the features you have contracted.

Okay, what happens at the end of the year I paid for? Do I then have to upgrade, or will I be able to continue at the current rate?

Okay. I'll wait patiently then. I don't know if you can tell me, but if you can, will it be an upgrade out of my pocket? Or yours?

Hello Ikon,

In my opinion, I do not speak for Surpass, considering the Learner Plan averages out to less than $2 per month, it will probably be an upgrade with a little more out of your pocket but of course with more goodies etc.

Well, whatever it averages out to doesn't matter. The next plan up costs almost double what I pay now (Learner was $23.50/yr.). It does have more goodies, but the goodies I have now are more than enough for me.

The reason we opted to terminate the learner plan was to bring surpass more into the good to great host position in the industry.

We don't want to be the cheapest, we want to be very affordable and at the same time have stable servers and hire more support staff to attend to each one of you dearly.

we calculated that $23.50 a year wouldn't cut it to bring all our management goals. $40 a year minimum and giving all we give in the lite plan was the rock bottom low profit margin.

So in the long run this is the best decision.

we will be bringing in more stuff like offering merchant accounts to resellers at the lowest rate possible in the industry also more free scripts etc

we plan to lanuch a server monitoring system for every server we have publicly stuff like that but we it will cost money.
