I am trying to buy a hosting account with you, then, in your website i received this error:
"Credit Card Authorization Failed!! Your order has not been processed and no credit card has been billed. Reason For Failure: CVV Code Entered Invalid" My card is VISA, so that should not be the problem. Somebody can tell me why is this happening? |

This - http://www.integratedphoto.com/cvv.html - explains what a CVV code is, and it would look like you entered it incorrectly, hence the failed authorization... If you double check it against your credit card and are sure you entered it correctly, I would suggest contacting your credit card company and verifying with them. Surpass sales might be able to provide you a better explanation if you wish to submit a ticket to them.

I tried it again, but now i received another type of error. Is it the same thing?
"Credit Card Authorization Failed!! Your order has not been processed and no credit card has been billed. Reason For Failure: CVV2/CVC2 Failure" Will I receive a charge for the times i am trying to put on the CVV Number? I hope not, ok? If i receive an extra charge i suppose Surpass Sales must fix it right? |
