Questions about transferring a reseller account

Hi

My friend and I own a reseller account over at Netrillium, since May last year. I am not really happy neither with what we get for the money we paid, nor the support and a friend who has a reseller accout here on Surpass Hosting has recommended me to switch over.

Now, the questions I have are:

1) Do you accept Visa Electron?

2) Is there a way to transfer the files, without backing up and re-uploading them? I am on 28.8 Kbps dial up and my 4 domains and the hosted domain that belongs to a friend of mine are using pretty much space, one of them has many subdomains and they all use a couple of mySQL databases each, so it would sure be complicated.

3) I didn't really understand one thing about your generous offer related to hosting the "main" domain on the account for free. Let's say that we've decided to buy the Bronze plan. Does that mean that the main account will have 7 Gigs of space and 10 Gigs or bandwidth? I just want to make sure, since we have domains that easily go over that bandwidth limit.

Hello

1. Surpass accepts PayPal and 2CheckOut. If you can use your card with either, you'll have no troubles.

2. If your previous host uses CPanel, Surpass would be able to transfer over the files for you.

3. When you get a reseller account, you get an additional free account. This is typically for a hosting site which wouldn't generate much traffic. If you're not planning on actually reselling, it's recommended you put your smallest traffic site as your "main free account."

Please post and further questions.

Support can transfer the files for you if you give them access. Does the other place use cPanel? That will make things meat-cake easy.

here's a thread that explains it through a few posts.

How much bandwidth does the reseller plan come with?

Yes, it does Gosh, this sounds good Is there more information on that in some thread too? I tried to search, but my slow internet connection is not loading the pages properly.

well if you have cpanel thats ideal. im not sure if that question was answered yet.

basically if you do - you'd purchase an account at surpass, then email support the credentials for the old hosting account and have them move the files over.
