Im having the same problem as Aqua.. been almost 48 hours since I got the initial payment confirmation e-mail. My domain is spike-domain.net, and I also submitted a ticket on this issue.

Should I send in a ticket as well, or does it normally take a day or two to go through? Not sure how this usually works because this is my first domain purchase..

Forgive me for all the questions, just want to make sure I do this right.
![]() For the domain name (which I have with surpassdomains, btw), do I just need to type in the DNS server urls (ie, ns782.dizinc.com) into the change nameservers section or both the url and IP? |
