I do provide automatic registration but I use Varilogix(.com) Fraud Call system. It is somewhat safer than not checking users at all. It does not send SMS, but it calls a potential customer on their phone, and it works in most countries in the world (even international Cellphones!)

All it costs me is 1.25 per SUCCESSFULL call if I recall good. If they are detected as fraud - I get charged nothing

It calls my customers within 30 seconds They probably have some fraud phone numbers database, and then if you use WHM AutoPilot to automate your signup process, then it is even better. It integrates in it right away, and you setup when should system automatically install or when should it set to pending, or decline

It is really nice

Well I guess when you get so many orders per day like surpass does - they just do not even care Might as well check it all out manually and be really sure

If you have 15 people per day - it costs you almost 20 bucks or so just to very them with VariLogix

Anyways, surpass does offer plans with WHM AutoPilot - you should definitely check into this if you are not using any automation process for websites

Well, it's a one-time fee. I'd eat the loss and sleep easy, knowing that customers are able to sign up and have their accounts available right that minute, and that fraudsters/carders/whatever you want to call them are being kept out.

But they again, my opinion doesn't really matter. :o I don't run the place.
