Someone is being trained today in the sales department, probably why. Then again, I only see 3 tickets in upgrades. So maybe reply back to your ticket and see what happens. Not sure.

That was the proper way to do it then, using the upgrade form. No reply is given except for a speedy reply a few hours afterwards confirming how you want to pay.
Except you don't seem to have it. Can you give here the email address you used to submit, or your domain name that is listed in the form. |

Ah, I see what happened. You were replied to about 2 hours later, but they forgot to put your email address into the reply, and the reply didn't get to you. So the ticket was on hold awaiting on a response, but none could be had.
Feel free in the future to email sales surpasshosting.com if you have waited too long. Things like this can happen sometimes and an email can clear it up.I have opened the ticket and it will be done within the next few minutes. |
