Few Questions Before Sign Up Reseller sign up ques

Hi,
I have few questions before buying reseller account.

1. Do you provide ssh access, if so do i need to provide you with an ip address (my ip will change dynamically)
2. If you provide ssh access can i load data to mysql and take backup from mysql from ssh shell.
