Sales & Support on holidays?

Hi:

Ive got several accounts with surpass.

I wanted another account, and I ordered it 48hours ago. I havent received the account confirmation email.

I submitted a ticket 24hours ago, 0 responses.

Could anybody help me with my account ?

did you use a non-hosted email? Support does work 24 hours, so you should have received at the very least an automated response.

It can take a few days to make an account - they've been rebuilding a server and working on some issues these past few days.

It was the weekend, so if you dont get a reply by the end of today. Then maybe bump your ticket. This happens every weekend where people buy on the weekend and have to wait till business hours.

If you didn't receive an auto reply when you submitted the ticket to support, then that means they never received it. Try using a non-hosted email account to send a ticket (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail), or go to the support desk and submit it there: http://desk.surpasshosting.com

Ive jsut noticed that support replied my ticket with this message:
