New Reseller Account Question

I was considering moving to Surpass, as I have heard so much good stuff about your customer service. And the plans are just.. awesome, for lack of better words.

I have a few questions first and foremost, of course.

I have a reseller with my current host. I understand from reading a previous post that if I request to have my files transferred from my old host to Surpass, I would contact someone and provide them with my CPanel login information and they will transfer my files for me.

What about the other domains that I host with my reseller? If I provide the login information for them as well, would files be transferred? And that would include MySQL databases as well, correct?

And is there a money-back guarantee? I read on another thread there was a 90-day money back guarantee but I've searched the site and see nothing about one.

Thank you so much! The main reason I am switching is because of customer service with my current host... it takes them days before replying to helpdesk tickets and I am getting FED UP with it.

All of that can be done, yeah. I had ~20 accounts moved from my old service to Surpass and everything went just fine, with the exception of a few scripts that were installed by Fantastico.

There is. I'm not sure of the details, but you can probably email sales and ask or wait for someone who knows for sure to post here.

yeah, there is a 90-day money-back guarantee. They also offer pro-rated refunds, should you decide to cancel midway through a subscription.

If I have Wordpress installed via Fantastico, that will transfer over OK, right?

That's a relief to hear, though. I only have maybe 5 - 6 additional accounts that I host (a second domain of mine, my sister's domain, and a couple of friends) so that's really good to hear. Thanks so much.

I'm not quite sure, to tell you the truth. I think one of my reseller domains had problems with the old Wordpress install.

It's best to make a database backup before asking Surpass to move stuff.

Oh, I would create a backup of my database and my root folder just to be safe, of course hehe.

Thanks everyone for all of your help!
