Ordering
I'm very interested in doing business with surpass hosting, however. I do not feel comfortable about making any form of online payments. Is it possible to order a webhosting service over the phone with surpass hosting like hostdime does? Thank-you for your response in an adavnce.

I would think one would feel safer with online sales/
Online is secure and you have nothing to worry about if using a credit card. If you call it in, what is stopping the person who ius talking the information from going on a shopping spree. It has happned to me with a representitve from verizon. Belive me, anything that avoids human contact is safer. But its all opinion. |

Jeff,
Surpass is online only. I haven't heard of anyone having problems as a result of ordering this way. Their online ordering is secure from start to finish. John

I would make the online order, however. The owner of the company will no allow any online purchases. I noticed, Surpass's sister company allows phone orders which is why i was hoping surpass will do a phone order.
