our own nameserver

do surpass has a private nameserver? that means, if we don't use our own nameserver , will you have your own private nameserver so that nobody would know or link it?

As well, if we use our own nameserver (ns1.mine.com), will it be able to pass stealth nameserver detection in dnsreport.com if our customers are to point their nameserver to our owns' (ns1.mine.com), ?

Sometimes dnsreport can detect nameserver beyond our own private, on the "Missing (stealth) nameservers" section, etc...

Thanks for your time and I hope I'm not too confusing

What are you trying to accomplish... a setup where nobody knows that you're really a reseller?

custom nameservers come with the bronze and up reseller plan. they would be ns1.yourdomain.tld and ns2.yourdomain.tld

edit: oh do you mean if your customers can have their own custom nameservers? for that I believe you would need a dedicated

I believe it can be done, but there are monthly fees associated with it. You would need to contact sales about it, assuming nobody here knows for sure.

i dont know about the monthly fee, unless thats new.. generally they a-record the NS servers in your name..

you would then tell your customers ns1.yours and ns2.yours.. When our server changed IP's it pretty much shut down all my sites, so I dont use them anymore I just tell them the dizinc ones.. And when they ask, thats where I keep my servers..
