Hey, I was wondering if you had any servers located in the UK?

Thanks,

Everything in is Florida, aside from one or two still in NJ (I think they are still there, could be wrong).

Ok. Do you know if there will be any UK servers in the near future?

Not that I've heard of, but you never know.

There are a lot of Surpassers that are in the UK. Is there a reason that you are looking for a server located there?

John

Failure is not an option. It comes standard with all Microsoft products.

I'd guess he wants it in the UK for faster responding times to UKers?

I do understand where you are coming from, but Surpass does have customers around the world. I suspect that the performance would be fine.

They do have a money-back guarantee, so it would cost you anything to find out for yourself.

there's no plans at this time for a DC in to lease servers in the UK.

it is however - an interesting suggestion that i'll pass along to managment.

dumbtech - if you have further questions, please post back.

yup, thought so. The reason is the response time. i live in the Pacific US (Northern California) and the ping loads are 103/ms average ... but I'm sure they are much faster in the eastern US du eto the fact Surpass is in Florida ... not that your service is bad for people away from the Eastern coast, but it just is alittle longer, but not noticable really ... maybe if Surpass would colocate some of their servers or rent out other DC would be cool, but not actually needed as I sold a Surpass Pro plan to a bud in need of hosting for a website. He lives in Eastern Canada (well, not far away in a way though lol) but the co-owner lives in the UK and seems to connect, etc quite well.

So far, they are loving it so yay!
