I suppose its field you fill in if someone has referred you to surpass. In other words, leave it empty if you have no ID.

It's the referer ID ..
An example ... Surpass gives company A 5 dollar of each account registered at surpass. Company A put a note somewhere on their page, that you can get a plan cheaper if you put their referer ID when registerering. Now Surpass can pay the 5 dollar to company A.

Right, but we never got referral IDs, so he's asking what to put in there. I've just been having people that I referred put "kickersny.com" and hope that they find me. So I'd say put that
