The OC plans havce all the same features as the regular plans, the only difference is that the OC plans are paid yearly.
The oc5 is a shared plan, the oc10 a reseller

Thank you, DewKnight, but still wondering, why will I want to pay $65 for yearly Power Plan with 3/50Gigs , when I could get OC-5 with 5/100 Gigs for $59 Thanks in advance WannaBe aka ConfusedToo |

The OC-plans also come with much more bandwidth if that is what you require.
