Content on shared hosting!

I am seriously thinking about an investment short term for a shared hosting account, the "Pro" package.

Just a few questions before I sign the dotted line.

Can I host adult content, nude and topless images of girls who are 18+ years of age.

Also, it might be my bad eyes but are the contracts 1year or could I cancel after a few months (not that I would, its just 1year contracts are too long term for me).

btw the kind of site I will be hosting is like www.caseyscam.com
