Bandwidth-intensive days on an oc5 plan?

I'm looking to get the oc5 plan, but I'd like a question answered first.

I occasionally host some gaming videos for a friend of mine, and these are usually quite sought-after among the gaming community (own-age.com and the like). What I'd like to know is if this vid did 70+ GB in a single day (or even a few hours), would the site be suspended (on account of tying up other users resources) or would that be ok?

The reason I say this is that some of the vids are announced ahead of time so you'd get an initial load of a few hundred users and then after that not so many, especially as other mirrors pop up.

So yes, my question is "Is that kind of bandwidth usage OK on occasion?" (By on occasion I mean probably once every 6-8 months at the very least).

Cheers.

Bandwidth usage? Absolutely. But with that kind of usage, I bet it would rape the processor.

Why not put up some ads, make some money, and get a dedicated server?

Because it would happen very rarely, and I don't think I'd make enough money to pay for a dedicated server every month. Maybe if it was as cheap as the OC5 plan
