Backup
Hi.
I want to ask what is the Surpass policy abut backups. Is Surpass taking a daily back, a weekly backup, a monthly backup? I have been damaged in the past and I want to know that there is a standard policy to sell to my clients. Thanx |

They take weekly backups, however, access to those are only in case of server failure. If your client comes to you "oh no, I deleted this file, bring it back!" you would have to pay Surpass a nominal fee to get the backup restored. Basically, Surpass has a highly suggested policy that users be responsible for their own backups, and tutorials are offered throughout this forum about how to set up automated backups. If Surpass messes up, they will restore the most recent backup.. but if you have important data going through your page every day, you still might lose some of that, so you should take control of your backups (and advise your clients to do the same, or keep backups for them yourself).
