Can I transfer a new domain?

Okay, I'm confused, because I've seen conflicting info about this.

I registered a new domain name at 1and1 about 6 days ago.

Can I transfer it to Surpass, or do I have wait 30 days/ 60 days/ until the first new moon in October?

I can't wait to leave 1and1 8o)

I think you can transfer it now. Unless 1&1 and being themselves will make the process hard for you.
