Ok, so my mother and me were checking out with your second deal, but after we got passed the credit card there was an 'error' and it said 'Authorisation not aloud'. I'm not sure EXACTLY what it said, but that is pretty much what it meant. We had just ordered a domain name 30mins before we tried to order the hosting, and the credit card went just fine.
It's not the credit card in another sence because I remember after we tried for the third time the same thing happened, 'Authorisation not aloud' but this was after we just got through regular information, not payment info. I really want to get your hosting, but I can't if It does this, please help! |

Not sure why that might happen, but I would suggest filing a ticket with billing: http://desk.surpasshosting.com
