Question from a Novice

I currently have a blog where I'm trying to post a very large video file (550MB) and I suppose I need to have the file hosted somewhere. I want people to be able to view the file without having to wait to download the whole thing because it takes so long. Can I (or should I) host it here? If not, can any of you experts point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advanced...

Surpass has a rule against using your hosting for file hosting. If you moved your blog here and everything, than it would probably be different. And it would also depend on what the video is (ie. if it's copyrighten or not).
