Is anyone answering Tickets?
I have been waiting since last night to have an issue resolved and haven't received any responses since 9am this morning. Is there anyone manning the ticketing system?

About 15 people around the clock, everyday.

Your ticket is in the billing division and has logged 13 replies so far in total.
Billing does work on weekends but normal hours resume on Monday at 8 A.M. so please expect another reply soon. Due to issues with your account, billing has to handle the questions. |

Hi Kayla,
Are you able to confirm if someone is working on this for me? I have had no response to my tickets asking what is happening. I don't like to hound but I have been waiting since Saturday for this account to be set up, I am clueless as to what is going on. My new ticket ID is: PRK-68673 |
