Downsizing! Dedicated -> Shared questions please!

Hi Surpass!

I was a very happy surpass customer several years ago before moving to a friends dedicated server, so i could use shoutcast. But now it's time for me to move back to Surpass and downsize my sites..

But, i have some questions please!

1) The "Add On" domains in the feature list - can someone explain this bit? I have 5 sites that i want on a shared plan if i can, would each domain be able to access their cpanel? can i still run each of the 5 sites on one shared plan?

2) Does anyone know of anyone offering a service to assist me in transferring the sites, and their databases, to the surpass hosting?

3) Nameservers - ugh! I've never understood these, and their implications! Will there be many problems in leaving the server and moving over to surpass?

For each site to have access to their own cPanel, you would need a reseller plan. Contact sales[at]surpasshosting.com but there is a good chance Surpass will move over all your sites for you, since you are currently using cPanel. As for nameservers, you simply need to update them with your registrar to point to Surpass -- detailed instructions will come in your welcome (back) email.
