Month to month billing seems like what you will most likely receive. I don't believe quarterly billing is maintained.

I'm sorry YES, but I believe the communication issue is a bit of a problem here. Your english is not good, and I don't think you are reading things right. At this time you MUST have a credit/debit card, or a Paypal account. If I understand what you said correctly, you don't have those, and there is little that can be done until Surpass starts accepting other forms of payment.
