Customer Support Questions
Hi! I've been scouring the landscape to come up with a rehosting service. I have 30+ years between IBM and Lockheed Martin and am currently a Principle Software Engineer. I am starting up a business here in Alabama and have some questions about Surpass.
The website was good for what you have to offer. I have questions about support. When I have a hosting problem, what can I expect? Other words, if my hosting site is down and I have my customers screaming for service, I know I can open an online ticket, but what happens then? If my customers are experiencing a major outage do you communicate that back to me with the details and estimated time of resolution? Most all of my customers will be local small businesses with about half using ecommerce, so their business will be tied to your reliability and mine. I want to lead with customer service for my business. Is Surpass Hosting the place to go to provide me the same support I would want to provide my customers? Thank you! |

Hello,
From my experience General Support aswers after about 10-30 minutes Billing and Level3 support usually takes longer it can vary from 1 to 6 hours. You shoud contact support at http://desk.surpasshosting.com
