Customer Support Questions
Reference the following thread because I can't add a response:
Customer Support Questions Thanks for the reply! After looking around there doesn't seem to be any way to get anyone that works at Surpass on the phone with me. Your loss! I need a human to discuss support issues. If this company doesn't think this is important then there is too much of a cultural difference between myself and them. I looked all over and didn't find a phone number. Surpass failed the support test! |

Surpass manages some 10,000 customers. For that reason, the best way to manage support issues is with the ticket system they have in place. It's been proven to work good for years now.
The only people that get a phone number are people who have dedicated servers. They get sent the phone number specially after their order has been processed. It's simply not plausible for them to manage phone calls from 10,000+ customers. They would spend hours upon hours on the phone without accomplishing anything. The ticket system, as I said, is a proven system to provide the best results the fastest. Support at Surpass is excellent, I've never been with a better company. Not to mention there is a fabulous system in place on this forum to get quick responses to just about anything.
