MySQL import

I'm having trouble importing a dumped MySQL db at another host site -- does this site offer MySQL command line access for imports? Is phpMyadmin supported? If yes, can rights to phpMyadmin be granted to site users without granting them the master account password?

phpMyAdmin is supported. If you want to offer it outside of the cPanel access, then you will have to install it yourself on the individual folders where you want access to be given to it. It's possible to do, I did it once on a host that didn't offer it pre-installed, but can be a pain sometimes.
