I've been a loyal customer for over a year now and until recently have had no problems (January through November was excellent with minimal downtime!). I'm thinking about increasing my account, but there's one problem. Over the last month and a half, the servers have been down multiple times and there's few reasons posted in the reseller forum. It goes from mid december to now with nothing in between. One of those times the server was down for a day. I understand things happen, but when I am not given answers, what am I suppose to tell the people who use my service?

Would just like an answer as to what's been going on and if the reseller forum will be utilized consistantly. I need to know so that I can either sign up for more stuff through here or take my account somewhere else.

What server are you on? You could be on a server that has people that are abusing it. Sending out spam, using high resources, etc. This is most likely what the problem is... If you are having a lot of downtime or slow sites... submit a ticket to support informing them of it, that way they can try to track down which site might be causing the problems.

I'm on Pass 22. Any history on it over the last 2 months? I think one time there was a HD issue or something, I'm not sure.
