Can't Register

Hi

I've tried this morning to register for an account at surpass, so I've followed the different steps on the website

After the last step though, it came back to the first...without telling me if I'm registered or not

(using paypal)

Is it normal? Is there an error somewhere? :unsure:

You might want to drop a quick note to sales, because from your description it sounds as if the signup form might be misbehaving.

If you have an email with your account and log in info, it worked.

If you mean, it brought you back to another order page, yes that is supposed to happen.
A lot of clients buy plans in bulk and that is an easy way to get them back to the order page.

Oops... I meant, you should have got the email instantly. There is no waiting at Surpass.

Please email your domain name and email address, along with payment receipt if you have it, to presales

surpasshosting.com so they can see what has happened.

I'm assuming everything went right, but you just didn't get the email for some reason.
Do you remember your client area log in and password?

You can go there and resend it to yourself or to another email address, if you know your username and password.

Tried using your link...but it seems I'm no client...

And I didn't get the e-mail...so I guess something went wrong with the account order

I'm going to send an e-mail to the above mentioned address. If that's what happened, I guess I'll try again (or rather the friend with Paypal will)

That is the client area for clients who signed up for hosting plans since around July 14th.

SurpassDomains.com is only for domain registration and configuration.
