I've got an autoresponder program which i have installed on my site. However it requires me to modify either the .procmailrc or .foward. I presume i can find these files in the root of my domain. However before i spend $20 in vain to find out can anyone from Support tell me if these files are accessible via SSH?

You could try emailing support about this in specific, or even send the installation instructions and they might even do it for you.
