I think he[?] is asking why he can't get a manual bill each month and pay that bill instead of the automatic subscription.
The subscription ensures the bill is sent to you each month properly and can be cancelled at any time so I don't see why you would prefer a manual bill each month. What would be the benefit exactly?

We do not have the best billing system in the world, but let me explain.
We use subscriptions or auto billing. If we have every client setup on recurring/subscription then we do not need to send invoices to each client. This way hosting is paid for and we do not need to worry about suspending accounts if someone "forgot" to pay. With that in mind, we are in the works of upgrading. We actually had a few staff go out to some workships on some billing software. We plan to have everything automated including manual payment and invoicing. It will take care of the suspending as needed, etc. I hope you can understand, as 20,000+ clients are hard to keep track of for invoicing :X |
