dedicated offer! need advice.

Hi Kayla or any1 who replies to this

we ordered the dedi the other day.

but payment is causing problems.. credit card isn't a problem, but the proof of id is.

Support Ticket OJM-320211

the problem is neither of us have a credit card, so the owners mother is going to pay using her credit card. but unfortunately, the form also asks for a photocopy of Photo ID.

unfortunately she doesn't have any photo id, neither a passport. not sure if you are aware but in the UK photo id is not required or compulsory to have by law, so not everybody actually has id with a photo on. is there any other method of proving identity at all? your help on this matter would be much appreciated as we would like to get the server and domain up & running as quickly as possible.

have just told him to put the payment and id form through without the photo id, so hopefully that will be done shortly.

i dont remember needing proof of ID when ordering? is it something new, or just something ive forgotten about? lol
