Yes, you wrote a lot but it was needed to express the ideas correctly. And you did it well
You have given me a few options here that I can chew on and i appreciate it. The plain truth is that the few people I know that have switched to Surpass have raved about it so much that I feel that I have to give it a try.

As far as the automated billing goes ... the company I have now is smaller than Surpass (I believe) and yet they have the option to not have recurring charges through 2checkout. If as you say Surpass is growing and getting better I would have to believe that soon they will incorporate this option as well.
I can see by a few posts that I am not the only one that would appreciate such a choice. I much rather pay for a full year and have manual online invoice and bill pay by credit card than monthly auto debiting (which is really what it is. We are calling it auto billing but it is really more accurately called auto debiting from your account. Automatic billing implies that you are only being sent the bill automatically which is what i want. It is the automatic withdrawal from my account that I don't like)

It seems to me that offering a manual bill for yearly customers only would be a good compromise. The company would not have to deal with hundreds of monthly bills and would get a years worth of money upfront to earn interest rather than dribs and drabs monthly. Which is why companies usually give you a discount if you pay for a year in advance. Because they will make more than that in interest on your money while it sits in their bank as opposed to yours.

If I am going to pay the same per month or per year and both have mandated automatic withdrawal, then what is my incentive to pay for a year in advance and give you more money upfront? But if you offer me manually (non-automatically recurring) invoicing then I have a motivation.

Who knows. Maybe they will get it soon. At least for their yearly paying customers any way.
Thanks for all the info. Much appreciated. I will be signing up soon for myself to test the waters.
