here is a copy of a support ticket i created about a year ago. i dont see why it wouldnt apply to all plans?

Quote:
When you create an account here, you must input the domain you intend to use, etc. I was wondering if this could be modified?
Quote:
Geoff,

If you change your mind about your primary domain within 30 days we can do it for you free. If you decide on it later than that, there's a $10 fee to switch it to the new primary domain, but we can take care of it for you easily.

Regards,
Diana

I am willing to pay the fee, but how may i go about initiating the process?
Quote:
Hello,
Once you request this we will first update your account information for our records then go to the server and modify all records there of your domain. No account data should be lost and the only change you should see will be the domain name. Subdomains and mail accounts which are tied to the older domain may fail but all of their data should remain untouched.

Regards,
Luke

lol np, im sick as a dog and im not asleep yet, its 5am:/

ironically though, i never went through with this process. i think i ended up just getting a dedicated server and had my old account, using the new domain with the setup for my dedi and cancelling the old reseller.
