Hello, i need solve some questions about this service before sing up.


If I purchase the reseller bronze, so, in godaddy when change mi DNS to poit to this new service, so, only need put :

(for example)

ns1.mysite.com
ns2.mysite.com

or aditionally need put the IP so:

ns1.mysite.com
ns2.mysite.com

123.123.123.123
123.123.123.123

only the nameservers name or the ip too?

and my clients need change only the

ns1.mysite.com
ns2.mysite.com

or add the ip too?

if Im need the name serve and the ip, how can only change the dns nameserve without put or add ip (because i use another hostcompany and i only need change the nameserve, and never need put any ip in godaddy), Im need another dedicated IP? $3 month ($36 year) for work without put ip in godaddy or always im need put ip???

I need buy one or two dedicated ip for when some people make a whois of my site this only view that my hostcompany not is shared whit other host, because, when some realize a whois in:

(for example this site is select a random)

So what need to only say IP hosts 1 domain (mydomain) and not the total of the host, so the people can see that Im a reseller.

I need buy onle 1 dedicated ip or 2? to solve this problem or what???

obvlious in this example the reseller is MYHAWTSPACE.COM (random example)

2 - get your welcome information
3 - message to support "please make my custom name servers ns1/ns2mydomain.xxx
4 - wait
5 - ping ns1.yourdomain.com. If you see it, then
6 - go to godaddy
7 - add your name server
8 - change your name server attached to your domain to ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com

Customers change their domain to ns1/ns2.yourdomain.com

PS - you can buy any number of static IP addresses. And you can then host your account on one, and your customers accounts on another if you wish.

So Im not need put any ip address when i change my DNS in godaddy right? only with the ns1.mydomain.com and ns2.mydomain.com right?

and only need buy one dedicated ip to host my reseller account, and when the people make a whois not apears:

and my customers? need buy another ip? for my costumers? or can hosted in the same dedicated ip of my reseller account? is neseray 2 ip or in 1 dedicated ip can host my reseller account and my customers?

so if Im add 5 customers for example, when make whois only appears

yes. Buy a dedicated IP for your main domain.
You may wish to buy a separate IP and ask support to configure it so that all the accounts you create under your WHM use that one instead of the server-shared IP.

I see, but i don't understand very well, it's possible buy a dedicated IP in another place??? I think that only can buy the IP here!

or it mistakes to me completely

whichever IP you bought for your account ???

you buy your IP address from Surpass.
Surpass can assign it to whatever you want.
