do OC need an upgrade

this isnt a post pushing for less.... but however I know someone wishing to move to surmunity and i was telling about the oc reseller package... anyways it now shows that the bronze has been upgraded from 7 gig to 10 recently...yet the oc didnt... does this mean the oc is being phased out? as it ismerely a 20 dollar saving per year for upfront and well the bandwith is less to boot.
just a curiouss presale question for a friend

That is odd, at the time of posting them they worked. The only thing I can think of is maybe the post got archived?
