My server is running PHP 4.4.2 and PHP 5.1.4 if you need that much detail. You asked about the cPanel build.. looks to be 10.8.2-RELEASE 119, apache is 1.3.36.

Yes, those seem to be an average for the servers now. If any different (as in, older versions), send a ticket to support to request the upgrade. with so many servers, they can try to upgrade all, but some can get missed.

Now, about the questions you asked, thye can be found in the TOS/etc. Now, it was hard for me to find it for some reason... but check "sitemap" if you ever need help, as I found the link there

Now, for specifics on reources (which is a tab link in the url link above), I've quoted it for you

In all fairness, we cannot allow one or two clients to use all of the system resources on a shared machine and have all other clients suffer because of it. Excessive CPU & memory usage by one or more clients causes extreme slowness in all areas: MySQL, Email, HTTP and more. If the CPU & memory usage by a few clients gets out of hand, all sites hosted on the machine will return errors and not be accessible in any way.

Average Server Resource Limits
Memory usage may not exceed 10% per domain/file/application
CPU usage may not exceed 20% per domain/file/application
Apache connections may not exceed 30 connections
15 MySQL maximum user connections allowed
350 emails per hour, per domain
If you require more as growth continues of your business/website, a VPS or Dedicated option will offer more resources, but that is for when you need it

Hope this helps!

BTW, if you register in the Support Desk system, you'll have a better chance your email didnt end up in a spam box from your end or theirs, as a support account means you can track all tickets easily.
